IIllinois truckers: Urgent action is needed to show support for legislation to eliminate the commercial distribution fee!
Scheduled for consideration Thursday, March 5, in the Senate Revenue Committee, SB1434 would repeal collection of the annual commercial distribution fee, which is a 14.35 percent surcharge on the registration fees.
Please take time now to contact members of the Senate committee to let them know what passage of SB1434 would mean to your trucking business. The meeting starts at 2 p.m. Thursday.
