10/1/09-A bill that will have to wait until next year for further consideration would remove purchase and use tax revenues as a funding source for the education fund, and deposit the entire amount into the transportation fund.
H395 remained in the House Transportation Committee. It can be brought back for consideration during the 2010 session.
