10/1/09-A bill that will have to wait until next year for further consideration would establish a vehicle-miles-traveled fee on motor vehicles. The fee would be 6 cents per mile traveled.
H399 remained in the House Transportation Committee. It can be brought back for consideration during the 2010 session.
