10/1/09-A bill that will have to wait until next year for further consideration would authorize the state treasurer to issue Grant Anticipated Revenue Vehicle bonds for transportation projects of $10 million or more.
Sponsored by Sen. Richard Sears, S4 remained in the Senate Transportation Committee. It can be brought back for consideration during the 2010 session.
