6/15/10-A bill has died that sought to mandate that a citation from the photo enforcement system be issued by a police officer at the time of the violation.
HB2085 didn’t repeal the state’s photo enforcement program, but it did make it nearly impossible to operate by inserting the requirement for an officer to hand out a citation.
