7/1/10-A new law increases the hazardous materials endorsement fees to $10 per vehicle. H438 took effect July 1.
Until now, the fees were $3 or $5, depending on the type of transaction. The fee is applicable for new endorsements, renewals, and changes to the endorsement data. The fee is not prorated and is not transferrable or refundable.
