OOIDA worked closely with the Congressmen to develop this important legislation. OOIDA believes that if passed H.R.2357 will go a long ways towards clearing bad brokers out of the trucking industry and ensuring truckers have significantly better footing when dealing with brokers and other transportation intermediaries.
