MinuteClinic, the walk-in medical clinic inside select CVS/pharmacy stores, is teaming up with the OOIDA to save members 10% off their next DOT physical.

 

How to receive the 10% DOT physical discount?
It’s easy to receive your DOT physical discount:

 

1. Download the MinuteClinic/OOIDA DOT physical voucher from the OOIDA website, here. (Members Only)
2. Present the DOT physical voucher, your OOIDA membership card and valid photo ID to the MinuteClinic practitioner when getting your physical
3. At the end of your visit, you will receive the 10% discount off the standard retail price (Standard retail price: $94.00)

 

Payment is due at the time of your visit.  Insurance is not accepted for DOT physicals.  MinuteClinic accepts cash, check and credit card as forms of payment.

 

DOT physical service is not available in Massachusetts.

What is included in the DOT physical?
At the time of your DOT physical visit, our MinuteClinic practitioner will:

 

1. Review your health history
2. Conduct a urine test (if required)
3. Conduct a simple physical exam

 

Our practitioners will also complete your Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination form, provide a summary of your exam and a Medical Examiner’s Certificate as appropriate.

 

Additionally, we can send a summary of your visit to your primary care provider, upon your request.
