
John G. “Jack” McComb, 62, has been an OOIDA member since 1999. Jack calls Littleton, CO home and has resided in the Denver, CO area since 1949.
Jack holds an MBA degree in finance. He is retired from the Federal Aviation Agency where he gained a significant understanding of the internal operations of the Department of Transportation.
His trucking career began in 1997 as a company driver switching to owner/operator status in 1998. Currently he is leased to Landstar Ranger.
Jack believes that the voice of the American trucker is not being heard clearly by not only legislators, but also the public in general. His goal is to make the trucker’s voice heard loud and clear by one and all in order to promote the knowledge that truckers are true professionals and should be treated with the respect and understanding that is their due.
He is an active registered lobbyist for OOIDA in Colorado. Jack is a licensed amateur radio operator and is active in Amateur Radio Emergency Service and Army MARS radio service from the HAM station in his truck.
