We welcome all members to visit the OOIDA national headquarters. OOIDA is located just east of Kansas City off I-70 in Grain Valley, MO, Exit 24. Click here for a map.

Our lobby hours are M-F 7:30am-5:30pm CST. We manage all aspects of your membership here. You are welcome to pay your dues, get a quote, tour the building, or just say “hi” to that favorite representative you speak with from time to time.

No appointment is necessary to visit the office. Our Executive officers Jim Johnston, and Todd Spencer have an open door policy and are always willing to meet with members to discuss industry issues. However, because of their busy schedules we encourage you to phone ahead to make sure they’re in town and available, even if it's just an hour or two before stopping by.

Truck parking is available in our front parking lot.
