Todd Spencer to chair truck driver panel
Todd Spencer, president of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, will lead a panel established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This newly created panel will be comprised of truck drivers that will provide input and feedback to the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee.
