| Additional comments | Firstly I was misled by the doctor about the ""requirements"" used or needed for the sleep testing/study portion of the DOT physical exam. Hindsight has shown that Sajidkhan will not pass any driver who exhibits ""any possibility"" of having any form of sleep apnea because Sajidkhan is afraid of potential lawsuits ''''he told me this during my examination''''. He insisted I participate in a sleep study or have my medical certification restricted to 3 months ''''I passed every other requirement |
