| Any truck parking tips to share? | The Urgent care is in a strip mall that isn't usually very full. You can usually park a truck in the strip mall parking lot without any issues. If you feel more comfortable there is a home depot at the other end of the mall that trucks usually park overnight at OR there is a walmart across the street, but both are bit of a walk. |
| Additional comments | Dr. Hess was very nice and I didn't have any issues with here personality. However she did have some issues filling out the forms, she missed a signature on one page and I had to return the next day to get it. The physical was REALLY easy, so if you are a little less healthy you might like it. Overall a good experience, just remember to go over the forms one line at a time, seriously do it. |
