| Additional comments | This doctor was very cold and very standoff-ish. She told me that she thought she heard a heart murmur and instantly referred me out to my primary care physician. She only listened to my heart once and denied my medical card forcing me to go see my primary doctor and have him sign my clearance form. I already had a 2-year medical card that I renewed in October of 2016. The only reason I was renewing my medical card so soon was to do business with a new company as a contractor. |
