| Additional comments | Dr Cochran seemed to want any excuse to disqualify. Made several phone calls to question on my ulcerative colitis, my asacoll medication the fact I wear glasses for being near sited in 1 eye and far sited in the other even though with glasses I was 20 13 and 20 11 5 on eye test had concerns about hernia surgery in 2003. After constant calls and referring to his Dot manual I was getting quite irritated and requiring a letter from my doctor stating it's okay to drive then he took my blood pressure |
