| Additional comments | The CME's and support staff do not understand DOT regulations regarding sleep apnea and have no qualms about disqualifying drivers. Even if you do not fall within Sanford Health's own published guidelines for sleep apnea monitoring and/or disqualification you will likely face disqualification if they believe there is an issue. The Sanford Sleep Center right across the street--coincidence?--is also very aggressive in forcing treatment onto people who require a DOT medical card. |
