| Additional comments | This guy is employed by us health works and contracted by my company as our company "doctor". I am 6 feet tall and 240lbs with an 18" neck. Thats all je needed to see to tell me i need a sleep test. Would not listen, did not care. Wentexaminerher examiner answered a few questions and got my 1 year card. Watch out for the money grabbers!!! |
