| Additional comments | Needs to familiarize himself with FMCSA rules and regulations pertaining to driver medical fitness for duty. Commented CDL exams were time consuming and not money makes for the practice. In my opinion, he had a poor attitude. A very negative attitude toward this CDL holder. Felt the need to insert opinions over written law ? Stick to rules and regulations and federal law . Laws are in place to override negative attitudes and personal opinions . My opinion would not recommend . Drive safe !" |
