Total disability benefits for up to 52 weeks per occurrence, should illness or injury prevent you from working. This plan gives you 24-hour coverage, so you are protected both on and off the job. Unlike other disability plans which calculate benefits as a percentage of your earnings, the OOIDA sponsored Voluntary Group Short Term Disability Plan pays you a flat weekly benefit.
A term life insurance plan with rates based on age and the amount of coverage requested. Members, including eligible spouses or domestic partners, can apply for $10,000 to $250,000 worth of coverage in increments of $10,000.
OOIDA can provide affordable accident insurance protection for yourself and your family. OOIDA provides $1,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage to each current dues-paying member at no cost. As a member, you also have the option to purchase up to $400,000 additional coverage for yourself and your family at low monthly rates.
Two dental plans available; The Value Plan covers basic and preventative services. The Premier Plan offers the same benefits plus benefits for major services.
The Voluntary Vision Care Plan covers the majority of annual eye care needs including eye examinations, single and multi-vision glasses and contact lenses.
