| Additional comments | Dr. Green is very honest and thorough. I have CPAP and this is my 3rd DOT with him. He approved an 18 month card because of my compliance letter from my sleep apnea doctor coupled with my nightly use summary that showed 90 plus percent compliance. Will continue to use him and recommend him to my fellow drivers. |
