| Additional comments | At this location, and assume at all CONCENTRA locations, a Sleep Apnea questionnaire is given. While I have numerous markers for sleep apnea, I do not experience the symptoms of sleep apnea. Nevertheless the doctor said, "The FMCSA is coming down hard on them to enforce the sleep apnea regulation.", and referred me for a study. |
