| Additional comments | This doctor would not certify me for more than 3 months because I have sleep apnea, and use a cpap, but did not have a printout proving that I use it. I informed him that my machine is old enough that it is incapable of producing said proof, and he told me that I would have to buy a new machine and have at least two weeks use with it before I could be certified. He told me,absolutely incorrectly, that those requirements are required by law. His proof was some book written by a doc, not DOT. |
